Cancellation policy

We are experiencing an increasing number of no shows and late cancellations and unfortunately this has a huge impact on us as a small business.

We understand circumstances can change, and we request patients notify us in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the time slot to another patient in need.

• Cancellations with 24- 48 hours notice will result in a 50% of the appointment fee.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will result in 100% of the appointment fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring we can provide timely and efficient care to all of our patients.

Please note we consider exceptions for unavoidable emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
